I am Director, Centre of Excellence for Himalayan Studies and Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations and Governance Studies, Shiv Nadar University, Delhi NCR, India. Currently on a MOFA Taiwan Fellowship at the National Chung Hsing University in Taichung, I was formerly Fellow and Assistant Director at the Institute of Chinese Studies, Delhi, and Associate Editor of the journal, China Report.  

This site is an attempt to understand and explain China from an Indian perspective. One Indian out of a billion plus, trying to figure out another billion plus. And occasionally both billions together.
